To create the logic flow, how the commenting system works through time.
To Visualise statistics at every stage. Deliver a “helicopter view” of the system efficiency, and demonstrate the volumes.
Overall, the visualisation delivers the “flow” feeling of a comment that has been posted by a user, from initial posting till resolution.
